Forest Recognized for Its Dedication to Sustainability, Receiving ESG awards from CRECCHKI

As a sustainable, highly adaptable and equitable future becomes an increasingly important issue globally, the "China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and International Chapter Limited" (hereinafter referred to as “CRECCHKI”), with Deloitte as the official evaluation consultant, organized the 1st CRECCHKI Real Estate ESG Awards GBA 2023 "Creating a Built-To-Live Environment" , which was held in Hong Kong on October 23rd. Mr. Hank Hsu, Co-founder and CEO of Forest Logistics Properties, attended the ceremony event, and received the "Outstanding Performance Green Building" awards from CRECCHKI on behalf of Forest.

This year CRECCHKI has set up a total of seven ESG awards. Witnessed by authoritative judges from all fields of ESG in Hong Kong, Forest Beijing Airport Logistics Park and Shanghai Fengxian Logistics Park won the "Outstanding Performance-Green Building · Chairman’s Pick of Excellence", "Outstanding Performance-Green Building · Merit", "Outstanding Performance-Green Building · Finalist (Shanghai Fengxian Logistics Park)" for their distinguished achievements. 

Additionally, Forest participated in the GRESB assessment for the first time this year and received a two-star GRESB rating, signifying its outstanding performance in information disclosure, climate risk response and eco-friendly operations. The rating surpasses the industry's global average, highlighting Forest's commitment to sustainable practices. Participating in GRESB underscores Forest's dedication and ability in sustainable development, while the rating signifies international recognition of its strong sustainable management performance.

In this assessment report released by GRESB, Forest received full marks in ESG information transparency, ESG objectives, climate risk management, water conservation, waste control, etc.， Forest also demonstrated strong performance in energy conservation, engaging stakeholders, obtaining green building certification, etc.，By integrating ESG principals into all aspects of its lifecycle, including architectural design, construction, management and operations, Forest continues to promote the intelligent and eco-friendly development in constructing modern, green logistics infrastructures.
