Hank Hsu has been Appointed as Deputy Chairman of the APREA China Chapter

The Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Hank Hsu, Co-Founder & CEO, Forest Logistics Properties as Deputy Chairman of the APREA China Chapter.

Formerly the Head of China investmentsat Ascendas-Singbridge, an industrial andlogistics realestate investment platformunder Singapore's sovereign wealth fund Temasek Holdings, Hank Hsu has close to 20 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management. Prior to Ascendas Singbridge, he served as Director at China Orient Investment Summit Capital (China) and Portman Group (US) .He has completed the real estate investments totaling USD 430 million in US, as well as investment analysis, negotiation, and business landmark complex expansion for acquisition projects development and totaling over USD 6 billion in China. He holds an MBA degree from University of California, Berkeley, and aMDes (ReaEstate) from Harvard University.
